I love scarves because they add a splash color to an otherwise boring outfit. I don’t really tie it around my neck because it’s too warm here to do that. However, I do try to think of other ways to incorporate it in my outfit. It can be anything you want, you just have to be creative!

These are photos from a friend’s vintage shop in Cubao X. Sadly, he closed it down a few months go and I really miss it. I was supposed to do a photoshoot in his shop but I wasn’t able to think of a good theme/idea before he finally closed it down. Oh well.
He says, no one really knows what the future brings us. .. maybe one day he will re-open the store. I sure do hope that he will.

Sorry for the lack of updates lately. I have been busy with my new work and I’m starting my fashion design/sewing classes in a few weeks. Wish me luck!

Come walk with me Mr. Monkey. The forest looks great this time of the year.

Maybe we can find a little spot to lie around all day, or a perfect place for you to stay.

This is your home Mr. Monkey, but I can’t stay here. Don’t worry as I will visit you maybe later this year.

I won’t say goodbye, but I’ll leave you with a promise beneath the majestic moon.

Goodnight Mr. Monkey, I’ll see you soon!

I’ve never been good with goodbyes.
So if you are reading this Mr. Monkey, this is me saying: See you later!

I was a late bloomer in fashion. Back in high school, when most of puberty were spent on boys, clothes and make-up, I wasted my time on cartoons, books and food.
The very first fashion rule that was shared to me was: Never (ever) mix patterns. It actually made sense to me back then, but now, I think I’m just too old for these rules. I mean, who makes these rules anyway? It’s just an opinion of another person. I wouldn’t mind breaking a thousand fashion rules if I really like what I’m wearing.
As what Santino said sang on Project Runway, Lighten up! It’s just fashion!

Yay!!! I won the Best Fashion Blog award at the 3rd Philippine Blog Awards. List of the other winners are HERE. Congratulations everyone!
Sorry for not blogging about this earlier, I was sick (well, I still am) and really couldn’t get myself to do anything but sleep and drink medicines.
